About the Role
We are seeking an experienced team manager to oversee the cleaning operations in one of our retail stores. As an In-Store Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and ensuring that the store is maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules and rotas to meet business needs.
- Monitor and manage health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles.
- Manage cleaning budgets and resources to ensure that cleaning operations are delivered within budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience of managing a team in a retail or cleaning environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing business needs.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
