Availability Window
Our store operates from the following times: Sun 07:00:00 16:00:00, Tue 07:00:00 16:00:00, Wed 07:00:00 16:00:00, Thu 13:00:00 22:00:00, Fri 13:00:00 22:00:00, Sat 13:00:00 22:00:00. We offer a competitive rate of pay starting from £14.28 an hour, increasing to £15.41 for stores inside the M25, with additional payments depending on location and skills.We provide a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with opportunities to work fewer hours if desired. You will have 3 weeks' notice of your scheduled shifts. We value flexibility and would love to hear from you if your availability matches closely but not exactly to our advertised times.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of running duty shifts, coordinating the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store.
- Be there for customers, listening to them and helping to ensure they leave the store with what they came for.
- Look for ways to improve service, including coaching colleagues and giving feedback to the team.
- Guide and support colleagues in-store, maintaining a safe environment.
- Maintain a great understanding of store performance and assist managers in delivering actions to improve store operations.
- Lead from the front, setting a great example for colleagues in everything you do.
