Job Summary

Apleona HSG Facility Management is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for undertaking planned maintenance, reactive fault finding, and repairs at one of our client sites in Northfleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake planned maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with specifications, PPM, schedules, and procedures.
  • Complete electronic and paper records and provide quotations for outstanding actions.
  • Carry out electrical tests and record results on completion of electrical repairs and installations.
  • Achieve a prompt and effective response to emergency situations to ensure clients' systems are not prejudiced and to maintain continuity of operation.
  • Diagnose system faults and initiate action to make safe and prevent deterioration in environmental conditions within client premises.

Requirements

  • Formal electrical qualification.
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation.
  • Valid UK driving license.

Desirable

  • Experience in a similar facilities management role.
  • Mechanical or plumbing qualification.
