Zest is seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HSEQ strategies and policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and site visits to monitor and improve HSEQ performance across all business functions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSEQ procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to improve HSEQ performance.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor and report on HSEQ performance metrics, including incident rates, audit results, and compliance status.
- NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate or equivalent.
- 2 years health and safety, environmental, and/or quality experience in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
