About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of leading and managing a team, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail. You will be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families. Experience of working in a care home or similar environment is essential, as is a passion for delivering high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas of the care home are maintained to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient service
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, their families, and visitors
  • Monitor and report on cleaning standards and make recommendations for improvement
