Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs of building services plant and building fabric, including tasks that require multi-skilled expertise.
  • Accurately complete log sheets, PPM, and reactive task sheets, and ensure timely return to minimize penalties.
  • Respond to tasks allocated by the helpdesk and communicate with team members as required.
  • Participate in the development of new processes, procedures, and service requirements within the scope of your duties.
  • Work to a permit-to-work system, ensuring all safety standards are maintained.
  • Liaise with trust staff to deliver first-class customer service standards.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Post-apprenticeship experience in a relevant trade.
  • Minimum C&G craft qualification in core trade.
  • Health and Safety training in relevant areas.
  • HTM knowledge preferred.
