Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Administrator to become a vital part of our team at Industrial Temps.

Compensation:
£24,000 per annum

Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Employment Type:
Temporary

Essential Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a Quality role is essential.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly update data on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Develop and maintain various registers, logs, and databases.
  • Upload and manage documentation within the SharePoint system.
  • Ensure visibility of data across multiple locations.
  • Engage with personnel at all levels regarding quality-related issues.
  • Perform general data entry and administrative duties.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports for the Quality Managers.
  • Maintain records in accordance with retention policies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends related to nonconformances.
  • Assist in the calibration of tools according to a predetermined schedule.
