Rooms Division Trainer

Claridge's, a renowned 5-star hotel in the heart of Mayfair, is seeking a skilled Rooms Division Trainer to join its team. As a Rooms Division Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team members deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Work closely with the Director of Rooms and Heads of Department to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide coaching to team members to ensure they meet or exceed our service standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
  • Strong background in hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
  • Confident and welcoming personality.
