Job Description

As a Marketing Apprentice at QA, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our business. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to gain hands-on experience in marketing, e-commerce, and business growth, while working closely with our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via Zoho Desk and ZohoTime
  • Offer marketing, e-commerce, and business growth advice to SMEs and global brands
  • Assist with sales administration, including booking calls and liaising with clients
  • Develop engaging content using Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, and content writing skills
  • Optimize search engine results and manage social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Integrate ChatGPT and AI technology into marketing campaigns and projects
  • Support project work for clients, including video development, live streaming, and webinars
  • Contribute to general administration tasks, such as calendar management and reporting to Lead Account Managers and Directors
Requirements:
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent communication skills
Entry Requirements:
  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
Working Hours and Benefits:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
