Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to support our clients with spinal cord injury, neurological, and acquired brain injury in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy, understanding, and patience.
  • You will work closely with our clients to provide personalized support with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and social activities.
  • As a member of our team, you will be expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to our strict guidelines and protocols.
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards NVQ 3.

  • Flexibility and reliability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
