Support Worker - Complex Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Hawarden, Flintshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with spinal cord injury, neurological, and acquired brain injury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, to our clients in their own homes.
  • Support clients with moving and handling, domestic tasks, and social activities.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards NVQ 3.
  • Kind and caring nature, with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a commitment to regular working hours.
