Project Buyer Role

Dovetail Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Buyer to join their team. As a Project Buyer, you will be responsible for managing products and end-to-end customer orders and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Onboarding: Ensure new customers receive exceptional onboarding and service, managing their experience from start to finish.
• Commercial Proposal Development: Provide validated product proposals to support customer growth and sales, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Supply Chain Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring seamless product sourcing and delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet customer requirements, with a focus on quality and fit-for-purpose.

Requirements:

• Product Management: Proven experience in managing products, including development, sourcing, and delivery.
• Supply Chain Expertise: Strong understanding of supply chain management, including supplier relationships and communication.
• Project Budgeting: Ability to manage project budgets, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary and Benefits:
