We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in North Tyneside. As a Store Manager at Heron Foods, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Identify and develop top talent within the team to ensure succession planning and business continuity
