Quality Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the development of our Quality culture across the business.

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective establishment, implementation, and maintenance of our Quality Management System across all company levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all processes to meet Quality System standards
  • Act as a site champion to guarantee product quality aligns with customer requirements
  • Monitor internal non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement control plans to prevent reoccurrences
  • Conduct audits as per the schedule, addressing adverse findings promptly
  • Review non-conformance reports to identify trends and provide timely reports on status and trends to the Project Manager

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in a manufacturing type environment
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
