About the Role:

At SUMO Talent, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Partnerships Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing brand partnerships for our talent roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Partnership Opportunities: Identify and pursue new brand partnership opportunities for our talent, aligning with their personal brands and audience demographics.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and other industry stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration opportunities.
  • Negotiate Partnership Deals: Lead negotiations for partnership deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the talent and the agency while maximizing revenue and exposure.
  • Develop Partnership Strategies: Collaborate with talent managers and creators to develop brand partnership strategies that align with their career goals and brand identity.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential brand partners, and new monetization opportunities within the digital and influencer space.
  • Oversee Partnership Execution: Oversee the execution of brand partnerships, from contract signing to campaign completion, ensuring all deliverables are met and campaigns are successful.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or a related field, preferably within a talent agency or digital media company.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for the talent industry and a keen eye for identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities.
