Procurement Officer - Medical & Surgical Category

Talent Drive | B Corp® is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for delivering sourcing projects and targets in conjunction with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiating and delivering category projects and targets, supporting the delivery of wider team targets and operational KPI's
  • Having a visible presence in the business and building credibility with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring a robust procurement process for all contracted goods and services, identifying and meeting all regulatory and quality standards
  • Negotiating robust contracts, including pricing and commercial terms and the development of SLA's and KPI's to support operational requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with all Procurement policies and processes
  • Supporting the development of global procurement initiatives and their local implementation
  • Managing core/non-core suppliers to ensure performance and innovation are delivered during the contract term

Requirements:

  • End to end Procurement process experience
  • Medical & Surgical category experience would be preferred
  • Able to work with senior business stakeholders to successfully deliver complex sourcing projects in a multi-site organisation
