**Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing income for cat welfare.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of employees and volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Retail Operations: Demonstrate best practice in areas such as stock management, visual merchandising, and till operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
We operate over 100 shops across the country, offering a wide range of products and services. Our retail team plays a vital role in growing income and introducing new audiences to our charity.
What We're Looking For- Experience: Previous retail and people management experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of people.
- Self-Motivation and Resilience: A highly self-motivated, positive, and resilient individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the issues relating to recruiting and retaining volunteers, with experience of working to targets and KPIs within a retail environment.
