Job Summary
Russell Tobin is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Agent to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. As a Regulatory Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer calls and assess them against agreed criteria to ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Manage customer information in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer interactions meet our client's and regulatory obligations.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of FCA regulation in complaint handling, particularly Dispute Resolution rules and Customer Outcome Testing.
- Experience working with computer systems, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
