Store People & Culture Business Partner

At Primark Stores Limited, we're looking for a Store People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor to the retail management team, you'll play a key role in driving our people strategy and purpose within our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the retail management team, providing functional advice and guidance on people-related matters.
  • Develop and implement people strategies to drive high performance and engagement among colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements in store.
  • Model Primark's values and behaviours, creating an environment where colleagues and customers feel valued and supported.
