This role involves executing installations, conducting servicing, and performing preventative maintenance across various security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Detection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients to deliver high-quality support and tailored recommendations for their security systems.
  • Participating in our on-call rota for emergency support and providing telephone assistance as needed, with standby fees applicable.
  • Diagnosing issues with security systems and ensuring installations meet high standards.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to professional growth by attending relevant training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Utilizing field engineering software for timely and detailed reporting of job activities and timesheets.
  • Traveling to various sites; a valid UK driving license is mandatory.
  • Exhibiting professionalism and effective time management skills.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in security systems.
  • Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Detection systems, with strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • A valid UK driving license is essential.
