Supervising Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team at NonStop Social Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a complex caseload in the Medway and Kent area, working mostly from home with occasional visits to our office in Maidstone.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a caseload of 10-12 carers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care for children in foster placements.
- Work closely with carers to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting the well-being and safety of children in their care.
- Conduct regular home visits and reviews to monitor the quality of care and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive support for children and carers.
- Qualified Social Worker with experience working with children in care and their foster carers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with carers and children.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the agency and carers.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of practice.
- Permanent contract with a competitive salary up to £42,000.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home and occasional visits to our office.
