About the Role
Symphony Healthcare Services Limited is seeking a highly organized and efficient Patient Services Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment, providing exceptional support to patients and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and reception duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient service to patients and clinical staff.
- Deal with patient inquiries, signposting, and requests, either face-to-face or over the telephone.
- Manage appointments, home visits, and bookings, adhering to practice protocols.
- Maintain accurate records, including patient information, appointments, and test results.
- Assist with daily administration tasks, such as scanning, filing, and photocopying.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and practice management systems.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a reception or administrative role.
