Job Description:
Ernest and Florent, a well-established project and cost management construction consultancy, is seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Central London. The successful candidate will be part of a team of 15 Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, working on projects in and around London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running multiple projects and supporting junior staff members on site and in the office, particularly with their APC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and cost management, with experience in a private practice or consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects from pre-contract to post-contract stages
- Support junior staff members with their APC
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the growth and development of the company
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Experience within a private practice or consultancy
- Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
- Proficient in the use of IT, including Microsoft software
