About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at the new TRIBE hotel in Manchester Airport. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of the Front Office operation, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and achieving the best revenue streams.
  • Recruit and develop the front office team, setting departmental objectives and providing regular feedback.
  • Manage customer enquiries and requests for bookings, responding promptly and efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a hotel front office environment.
