Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer - CBW Staffing Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail contract based in South West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out painting and decorating tasks as required.
  • Assist with office moves, including furniture moving and setup.
  • Investigate complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
  • Provide feedback to the helpdesk on the progress of M&E jobs.
  • Perform specialist technical and non-technical work as deemed necessary to maintain the client portfolio.
  • Ensure all personnel and contractors working in hazardous areas take necessary safety precautions to prevent danger and damage to equipment.
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients by carrying out reactive and planned maintenance, minor improvements, and other tasks as required.
  • Assist Multi-Skilled Engineers as needed.
Package Information:
  • Basic Salary: up to £32,000
  • 1 in 10 Call Out Rota - £105 per week standby allowance
  • Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Company Van & Fuel Card
  • Tablet & Work Phone Provided
  • Full company uniform
Requirements:
  • Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
