Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Lead to join our team at Clearbrook, an 18-bedded inpatient high dependency unit for ladies experiencing psychosis, co-existing conditions, and trauma. As a Clinical Nurse Lead, you will play a key role in developing collaborative, needs-based care plans and ensuring high standards of evidence-based care and treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide clinical supervision, appraisals, and training opportunities to support staff in achieving high standards of care
  • Participate in collaborative working with patients, carers, and community services to facilitate high standards of individualized patient care and progression to successful discharges
  • Act as an identified deputy in the absence of the Ward Manager
  • Facilitate and coordinate clinical practice, ensuring high standards of evidence-based care and treatment
