Position Overview:
Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is focused on delivering impactful projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze departmental and organizational needs.
2. Take the lead in designing and implementing corporate systems that align with the business strategy.
3. Develop comprehensive business specifications and oversee user acceptance testing for new systems.
4. Manage the specification of new system requirements and business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
5. Ensure that user acceptance testing is conducted using established methodologies to validate both business and technical requirements.
6. Work within structured project frameworks, demonstrating a professional and results-oriented consultancy approach.
7. Achieve challenging objectives while effectively engaging with all levels of the organization.
8. Provide guidance in defining and executing user acceptance tests, ensuring testers are well-prepared and trained.
9. Create procurement and tender documentation as necessary.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of business modeling techniques and project management methodologies, including PRINCE2 and AGILE.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Extensive experience in business analysis, enabling thorough investigation of issues and evaluation of service options.
- Proven ability to provide actionable recommendations based on analysis.
- Strong understanding of business improvement processes and modeling techniques.
- Experience in agile methodologies, with the ability to assess and select optimal processes and delivery methods.
- Proficient in gaining consensus from stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the analysis process.
- Demonstrated expertise in business process testing, including planning, management, and reporting of usability evaluations.
- Strong evaluation skills to assess the effectiveness of defined processes.
