Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to launch your career in the exciting world of estate agency? We're seeking a highly skilled Trainee Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at King & Chasemore, a leading estate agency with a rich heritage dating back to 1840.

About the Role

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. You will also have the opportunity to optimize every appointment for our branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer care and customer service experience, be resilient and positive, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You will also need to be IT literate and have a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
