Capital Projects Advisory Director

Deloitte LLP is seeking a highly experienced Capital Projects Advisory Director to join our Infrastructure and Real Estate team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Infrastructure and Capital Projects advisory services, working closely with clients to deliver complex capital projects and advising on strategic asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement delivery strategies for major capital projects, including defining key aspects of project delivery and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Design and deploy new operating models for capital project delivery, focusing on project controls and commercial management.
  • Support clients in digitizing the delivery of their major programs, leveraging innovative technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence.
  • Help clients re-establish confidence in the delivery of their programs through effective project and program management, governance, and management information.
  • Advise clients on asset management improvements to drive better asset and business performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification or equivalent industry experience in major capital project delivery and/or asset management.
  • Relevant degree and/or postgraduate qualification in engineering, business, or management.
  • Broad and deep experience of Infrastructure and Capital Projects across different sectors and capabilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex subjects in an engaging and simple manner.
