We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at KHR Recruitment Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing prototype testing, developing and maintaining a certification system, and conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee prototype testing to ensure compliance with required specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a certification system, including test reports, classification reports, and declaration of performance reports.
  • Conduct audits to identify potential risks and propose improvements.
  • Oversee data within the company ERP system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends, practices, market developments, standards, and regulatory changes that impact the company's products and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree standard in a relevant subject matter.
  • Extensive industry experience, including in-depth understanding and knowledge of compliance, audit, and certification requirements.
  • Relevant industry qualifications, such as NEBOSH, level 3.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, well-established manufacturing business that can offer ongoing career development. The role is Monday to Friday, 8 am-4.30 pm.
