Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Counsel to support a dynamic electric vehicle charging organization on a temporary contract basis. This role offers a competitive day rate and allows for remote work, with occasional requirements for in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the senior management team to draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial agreements.
  • Provide strategic advice on governance, compliance, and risk management best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a commercial contracts attorney.
