Job Title: Interim Senior Legal Counsel

Due to an increase in workload and projects lined up for the future, a leading construction and services company supporting the data centre and renewables sector is seeking a highly skilled Legal/Senior Legal Counsel to join on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role is based in Central London with a hybrid working arrangement, offering a 3/2 split.

The successful candidate will report to the General Counsel and be part of a small, busy legal team responsible for:

  1. Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts related to construction and infrastructure projects.
  2. Ensuring best practice compliance and governance is followed, including advising the business on regulatory, AML, and sanctions matters.
  3. Providing support to the business on day-to-day legal matters.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have trained at a reputable law firm in construction and/or infrastructure projects with subsequent in-house experience in a similar role, preferably working on data centre-related projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth and success.
