Job Title: Aftersales Customer Relations Administrator

Burberry is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aftersales Customer Relations Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide personalized and elevated customer service, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and fashion trends to provide expert advice and styling.
  • Contribute to the daily operations of the store, maintaining high luxury standards in both front and back of house.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
