Core Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead and oversee the execution of intricate projects across the commercial, leisure, and hospitality domains.
  • Manage all phases of project planning, implementation, and completion.
  • Guarantee that projects are finalized within the established timeline, budget, and quality benchmarks.
  • Serve as the main liaison for clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and formulate effective mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular site assessments to track progress and resolve any emerging challenges.
  • Compile and deliver comprehensive project reports and updates to clients and upper management.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote ongoing business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated project management experience within a consultancy environment, with a preference for experience in commercial, leisure, and hospitality sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Professional certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
