IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT Service Desk department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to our retail, head office, and warehouse personnel.
Main Responsibilities- Provide timely and quality support to end-users, resolving incidents and service requests within internal SLAs.
- Act as the first point of contact for retail support, including EPOS, Back Office, Tablets, and associated store infrastructure.
- Build strong relationships with end-users and members of the IT team.
- Maintain the help desk, including incidents, faults, service levels, and response trends.
- Escalate incidents to the IT Service Desk Manager and other IT team members as necessary.
- Support the shop opening team, scheduling, provisioning, and undertaking new EPOS/Back Office installations.
- Supply, commission, upgrade, and configure hardware and software as directed by the IT Service Desk Manager.
- Document and maintain settings and configurations.
- Support internal compliance, including maintaining software license management, PCI compliance, and asset management.
- Previous IT support experience or an IT-related degree.
- Customer service experience with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Troubleshooting, diagnostic, or IT support skills.
- Windows Server administration skills.
- UK driver's license.
