Quality Assurance Manager

Manucomm Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our client's team in Chippenham, Wiltshire. As a key member of the site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity of all processes and products produced, maintaining compliance with the Company's Quality Management System and BRC/GFSI accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance to the on-site quality management system to maintain BRC/GFSI accreditation
  • Lead, motivate and develop the quality team
  • Be a key part of the HACCP team, maintaining the site HACCP system for both products manufactured on site and those supplied by third parties
  • Provide technical input and communicate the investigation and resolution of product non-conformities
  • Manage and monitor customer complaints and investigations to comply with quality performance targets
  • Undertake customer labelling development where necessary
  • Assist with NPD and Process Development
