As a Principal Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding our frontend engineering team through cross-functional delivery and agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers to achieve technical excellence and deliver high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient frontend architectures.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices for frontend engineering.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, and implement solutions to improve overall system reliability and performance.

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience with React and Typescript.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in various engineering domains.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership and mentorship.
  • Skilful evaluation of strengths and weaknesses in service-oriented architectures.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile principles.
