Primary Responsibilities:

  • Formulate comprehensive project plans, detailing scope, budget, and timelines
  • Implement design modifications using CAD software
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Track project advancements and ensure compliance with established schedules
  • Efficiently manage project resources
  • Engage with clients and perform site assessments to evaluate progress and quality
  • Resolve any challenges or delays encountered during the construction process
  • Guarantee adherence to safety standards and building regulations

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management within the construction field
  • Capability to operate independently
  • Proficiency in leading, inspiring, and developing team members
  • In-depth knowledge of construction materials and products
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in CAD applications
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities
  • Valid driving license

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
