About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our sales team at The Chancellors Group of Estate Agents Ltd. As an Estate Agent, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their property goals. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored advice and guidance to meet their property needs.
  • Identify and match client requirements with our extensive property portfolio, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process.
  • Develop and maintain a polite and confident telephone manner, effectively communicating with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Manage time effectively to maximize appointment and activity levels, ensuring a high level of productivity and sales performance.
  • Attend relevant training courses to enhance knowledge and improve performance, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements
  • Previous sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Target-driven and tenacious, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales success.
  • High standards of service and presentation, with a focus on delivering a premium experience for clients.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Drive to be the top of every league table, with a strong competitive spirit and desire to succeed.
  • Vehicle owner with a full driving license, insured for business use.
  • Legal right to work in the UK, with no sponsorship required.
Working Arrangements
  • Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
