Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Rail Construction

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Rail Construction sector. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing commercial support to our clients, including measurement, estimating, contract review, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive commercial support to clients, including measurement, estimating, contract review, and administration.
  • Manage interim valuations, variation management, cost value reconciliations, and final account settlements.
  • Engage in project management activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and specialist contractors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Ability to work autonomously and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong passion for continuous improvement and further development.
