About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger

Requirements
  • Qualified accountant with good technical experience and knowledge of financial systems and processes

  • Good understanding of IT systems and MS Excel
