About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Immigration Paralegal to join our top-ranked Immigration team at EJ Legal Limited in London. As a Business Immigration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in delivering exceptional immigration solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Collaborate with industry leaders to deliver tailored immigration solutions and support to our clients, including high-net-worth individuals, startups, and innovators.
  • Application Preparation: Prepare application packs and draft application forms to be submitted, as well as review and assess eligibility of jobs for sponsorship under the immigration system.
  • Communication: Communicate directly with clients, including senior officials and high-profile clients, on a daily basis, as well as with third parties and the Home Office.
  • Research and Development: Conduct legal research for cases, application processes nationally and internationally, and stay up-to-date with developments in law and practice.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in developmental team meetings, attend internal training, and external training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: LLB/GDL level or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior corporate/business Private Client or Immigration Paralegal experience, ideally from a law firm environment.
  • Skills: High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
What We Offer
