We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Coach to join our Cultural Development Team at J. Murphy & Sons Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in championing and delivering our Culture Development Programme across our Transportation offices and sites in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Champion and promote best practice in the area of CDP with all Alliance staff, contractors, supply chain, and clients.
- Support and educate teams in the use of the 'Feedback cards' and 'We Said, We Did' Boards to sustain an open culture.
- Provide support, information, and assistance to all personnel regarding culture development.
- Deliver all aspects of our CDP toolkit to support projects correctly.
- Assist in developing CDP promotional literature and lesson plan content.
- Assist with research data collection as required within cultural pulse checks.
- Attend specified/regular CDP meetings with other members of the coaching team and share learning across all sectors.
- Promote and support the CDP Influencers, offer mentorship where required, share business information, and support them in influencing the culture on their site.
- Relevant construction site-based experience, ideally in rail but not essential.
- Have attended the CDP Hub day or something equivalent.
- ILM coaching in Mentoring level 5 or equivalent.
- Proven experience of JMS Culture Development Programme or equivalent culture change Programmes.
- Report writing skills.
