We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team at Exact Sourcing Ltd. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Representation: Represent clients in court for family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases.
  • Legal Advice: Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on family law issues, ensuring they understand their rights and obligations.
  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of family law cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and orders.
  • Negotiation and Mediation: Engage in negotiation and mediation to resolve disputes amicably and avoid litigation where possible.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and law enforcement, to support clients' needs.
  • Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and stay updated on changes in family law.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and developments.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Licensing: Must be a licensed solicitor in good standing with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
