Job Title: Tax Manager Advisory

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager Advisory to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a Tax Manager Advisory, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax advice to clients on corporate tax matters, including tax planning and compliance.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate tax computations and VAT returns.
  • Advise clients on tax implications of corporate reconstructions, investor reliefs, and staff incentive schemes.
  • Assist clients with tax planning and compliance for owner-managed businesses, including remuneration planning and succession planning.
  • Review and prepare research and development claims, VAT returns, and SDLT returns.
  • Advise individuals on IHT planning and CGT mitigation.
Requirements:
  • CTA qualified or AAT or ACA/ACCA qualified with a keen interest in studying towards CTA.
  • Experience with corporate taxes is essential, and experience in other areas of tax will be beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, good IT skills, and excellent teamwork and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a keen interest in learning and developing tax knowledge.
