- Oversee on-call schedules and coordinate annual leave for the engineering team.
- Engage with various engineering departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or customer support within an engineering context.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in ERP systems; familiarity with platforms such as Tavant, Oracle, or SAP is a plus.
- Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- A willingness to assist in inventory management, including potential forklift operation (training provided).
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000 based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
