We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.

Our client has a spinal cord injury and requires support to lead an independent life in their own home and community. You will be responsible for providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, as well as domestic tasks and social activities.

The ideal candidate will have a kind and caring nature, flexibility, and reliability. You will also have good communication skills and be able to hold a good conversation with the client. Additionally, you will be able to share interests in sports and being active with the client.

We offer a competitive salary of £805 per week, accrued holiday pay, and a Nest Personal Pension account. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career with Active Care Group and participate in our Active Awards programme.
