We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Domestic Assistant at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves providing support across the wider Adult Social Services team, working in a care environment and promoting a homely atmosphere where we strive to make a positive difference to people's lives.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out duties working in the kitchen, adhering to COSHH, Food Safety Act, and Health and Safety guidelines.
- Adopt a person-centred approach, demonstrating dignity, choice, and courtesy in interactions with individuals.
- Work flexibly, including weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in duties, as part of a team.
- A courteous, responsive, and sensitive attitude towards individuals' needs.
- Experience working as part of a team and ability to work flexibly.
