Document Controller

We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contractual and administrative activities for a number of contracts/customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide regular updates on the order book/delivery status to customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and deliver high quality service
- Reviewing terms and conditions to customers for compliance, consistency and risk assessments
- Assisting the contracts team with proposal preparation and submissions
- Experience in a customer focused team, customer liaison role
- Experience using ERP/SAP systems
- Strong communications skills with a range of multi-functional staff and differing levels of seniority
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to customer deadlines
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £29,000
- 37hr working week
