Job Summary

Executive Jet Management (Europe) Limited is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Pilot in Command to lead the flight operations of assigned aircraft. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, security, comfort, and exemplary service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the flight operation of assigned aircraft in accordance with stipulated standards and regulations to ensure high standards of safety and quality.
  • Identify and propose improvements to key processes and procedures to enhance operational excellence.
  • Update the fleet's Operation Manual Part B and Cabin Crew Manual to ensure compliance with EJME operations standards.
  • Prepare and distribute crew member rosters within established timelines.
  • Conduct continual inspection flights to assess performance, professional standards, and development of flight crew members.
  • Review and stay up-to-date on new aeroplane-specific equipment and flight operational requirements.
  • Publish fleet-specific directives and procedures for crew members.
  • Ensure the publication of the Aeroplane Operating Manual (AOM) and Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM).
  • Support the Training & Standards department in defining fleet-specific remedial training for crew members.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance department to ensure airworthiness of assigned aircraft.
  • Support the Safety department on fleet-specific safety investigations and measures.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time.
  • Previous experience as Pilot in Command.
  • Airline Transport Pilot Licence with appropriate type ratings.
  • European Union class 1 medical.
  • Multi-crew experience (500 hours).
  • Pass an upgrade course (Ground school and SIM).
  • Complete line training as a captain.
  • Extensive European flight experience.
  • Clear demonstration of excellent performance.
  • Strong commercial aviation background.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English (preferably level 6), and a knowledge of two or more European languages is an advantage.
